Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about company products.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Generate sales through outbound and inbound calls.
Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
Follow up with interested customers for order confirmation and closures.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

ग्राहक डेटाबेस को नियमित रूप से अपडेट और मेंटेन करना।
इच्छुक ग्राहकों के साथ फॉलो-अप करके ऑर्डर कन्फर्मेशन और सेल्स क्लोज़ करना।
ग्राहकों के प्रश्नों का उत्तर देना और उनकी सामान्य समस्याओं का पेशेवर तरीके से समाधान करना।
दैनिक, साप्ताहिक और मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्य प्राप्त करना।
कॉल रिकॉर्ड और बिक्री रिपोर्ट को सही तरीके से बनाए रखना।
बेहतर ग्राहक सेवा के लिए डिलीवरी/सपोर्ट टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
ग्राहकों के साथ लंबे समय तक अच्छे संबंध बनाना और बनाए रखना।

Maintain proper call records and sales reports.
Coordinate with the delivery/support team for smooth customer service.
Build long-term customer relationships.
