Key Responsibilities
Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients in the enterprise and SMB sectors through outbound sales techniques like cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Showcase MyOperator’s solutions to prospective clients through product demonstrations and presentations tailored to their needs.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting revenue.
Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and consultative selling.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, cloud communications, or related technology products.
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, telephony systems, and IVR products is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
