Tele calling

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IPR services

• Brief prospects on trademark registration, copyrights, patents, etc.

• Schedule consultations or forward interested leads to the business development team

• Maintain a database of calls, leads, and follow-ups

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

• Answer basic queries related to services (script and training provided)

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of telemarketing or outbound calling experience

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Fluent in English & Hindi preferred)

• Confidence and clarity in speech

• Prior experience in service-based telecalling (legal, finance, education, etc.) is a plus

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
