We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online research.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, recruitment, etc.) to deliver client requirements.
Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferred but not always mandatory for freshers).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
