Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers (Outbound) to join our team. This is a contract role where you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.

• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.

• Answer queries and handle objections professionally.

• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
  

Requirements:

• Freshers can apply (training will be provided).

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).

• Confidence, patience, and ability to convince customers.

• Must be willing to work from office in Agra (Alok Nagar).

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
