Academic Counsellor Inside Sales

Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Academic Counsellor – Inside Sales for the Hyderabad location. Candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales and counselling are encouraged to apply.

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Shift Timing: 11 AM – 9 - 9:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days Working (Monday Fixed Off)

Laptop & stable internet connection mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses and learning programs

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally

Follow up with prospective leads and maintain customer relationships

Guide candidates through the complete admission process

Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong interest in sales and customer engagement

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Basic knowledge of telesales/inside sales will be an added advantage
