We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our recruitment and staffing company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring corporate clients, understanding their recruitment requirements, and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, networking and online research.
Identify and connect with HR Heads, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders and Business Owners.
Pitch the company's recruitment, staffing, RPO and manpower solutions to prospective clients.
Understand client hiring requirements, job openings, skills, experience and recruitment timelines.
