Team Lead – Rider Hiring & Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Team Lead to manage a team responsible for hiring, onboarding, and managing riders. The ideal candidate will ensure recruitment targets are met, processes are followed efficiently, and rider performance and compliance are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of rider recruiters/executives

Set daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets and track performance

Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions

Rider Hiring & Onboarding

Oversee end-to-end rider hiring process (sourcing, screening, documentation, onboarding)

Ensure timely completion of background checks and compliance requirements

Maintain accurate hiring and onboarding records

Operations & Performance

Monitor rider availability, activation, and productivity

Address rider issues related to onboarding, documentation, or performance

Coordinate with operations and support teams to resolve escalations

Reporting & Process Improvement

Prepare and share daily/weekly hiring and performance reports

Analyze hiring data to improve sourcing and conversion rates

Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2–4 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or team handling (rider/gig hiring preferred)

Strong leadership and people management skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Comfortable with targets, reports, and basic data analysis

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics, delivery, or gig-based workforce management

Salary Package: 28000 rs to 30000 rs negotiable
