Role Summary: The BDE will generate and qualify business leads, communicate with prospects and support the
conversion of property enquiries into successful sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through calls, social media, online platforms, references and other approved channels.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
• Explain project features, pricing, location, amenities and applicable offers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
• Coordinate site visits/meetings with the relevant sales team.
• Maintain daily activity and lead-conversion reports.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
• 10th pass or fail; freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work toward targets.
• Real-estate sales experience is an advantage.
