[17:55, 01/12/2025] Khushi: Global Tea Cafe, a fast-growing brand operating on a franchise model, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving franchise expansion, and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new franchise leads through various channels.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions with potential franchise partners.
Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into successful franchise deals.
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s network.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and required documentation for franchise onboarding.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (F&B or franchise sector preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong lead generation and follow-up ability.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Good understanding of franchise models and business expansion strategies.
