*Role Overview (Designed for Freshers & Experienced Professionals)*


We are hiring *Business Development Executives – In-house Sales (B2B)* who can handle inbound inquiries, convert leads into orders, and build long-term customer relationships.


This role is suitable for:


* *Freshers or early-career candidates* who are eager to learn B2B sales through structured training, and

* *Experienced inside sales professionals* who can independently manage leads, conversions, and customer relationships.

*Salary Range:* ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Linked Incentives


* Entry-level / Freshers: Structured training phase with guided responsibilities

* Experienced candidates: Higher responsibility, faster independence, and higher compensation potential


Final salary will depend on qualifications, experience, interview performance, and the level of training or supervision required.

* Handle inbound B2B leads received via IndiaMART and other online/offline sources.

* Respond to inquiries through calls, messages, and emails in a professional manner.

* Ensure timely follow-ups until logical closure (order or rejection).

*2. Sales Conversion & Business Development*


* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.

* Prepare and share quotations accurately and competitively.

* Provide consistent support throughout the sales cycle.

* Update data in internal systems, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.

* Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM exposure is a plus.
