Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, explaining products, and supporting sales activities through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Promote company products and offers professionally
Maintain call records and customer data
Coordinate with the sales team for order follow-ups
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when required
What We Need
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive and professional attitude
Ability to work in a team environment
Fluency in Hindi and basic English
Experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
