Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling – Engage with prospective learners to understand their aspirations and guide them toward the right digital marketing program.
Course Sales – Clearly communicate the value, benefits, and career outcomes of our courses.
Lead Follow-up – Proactively connect with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive enrollments.
Target Achievement – Consistently meet and exceed enrollment and revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
CRM Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
Market Awareness – Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant and informed guidance.
Objection Handling – Address candidate concerns and queries with confidence and professionalism.
Who We're Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, EdTech, or academic/course counseling (mandatory).
Graduate/ Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
Pune-based candidates only. Immediate joiners or <15-day notice preferred.
