टेली सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव का मुख्य कार्य फोन के माध्यम से संभावित और मौजूदा ग्राहकों से संपर्क करना, उत्पाद या सेवाओं के बारे में जानकारी देना, बिक्री बढ़ाना और ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना है। इस भूमिका के लिए अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन स्किल और कस्टमर सर्विस का अनुभव जरूरी होता है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):

प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी देना

ग्राहकों को प्रोडक्ट या सर्विस की विशेषताएं (Features) और फायदे (Benefits) स्पष्ट रूप से समझाना।

सेल्स लीड जनरेट करना और कन्वर्ट करना

नए संभावित ग्राहकों की पहचान करना, सेल्स लीड जनरेट करना और उन्हें सफल बिक्री (Sales) में बदलना।

कस्टमर डाटाबेस बनाए रखना

ग्राहकों की जानकारी जैसे संपर्क विवरण, कॉल रिकॉर्ड और बातचीत का विवरण डेटाबेस या सिस्टम में अपडेट रखना।

इंटरेस्टेड कस्टमर के साथ फॉलो-अप करना

जिन ग्राहकों ने रुचि दिखाई है उनसे नियमित फॉलो-अप करना, उनकी शंकाओं का समाधान करना और बिक्री को पूरा करना।

बेहतरीन कस्टमर सर्विस देना

ग्राहकों के सवालों का सही तरीके से जवाब देना, उनकी समस्याओं को हल करना और उन्हें सकारात्मक अनुभव प्रदान करना।

आवश्यक स्किल्स (Required Skills):

अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल

सेल्स और नेगोशिएशन की क्षमता
