Job Description

Designation : Business Development Executive (BDE) – Technical & Non-Technical Staffing

Company Name : AMPUG Solutions

Location : Marathahalli, Bangalore

Position : Business Development Executive (BDE) – Client Handling

Salary : Open to Discuss (Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives)

Experience : 1–3 Years (Recruitment / Staffing industry preferred)

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Timing : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Key Responsibilities:

 Generate client leads for Technical and Non-Technical staffing through LinkedIn, job portals, email

campaigns, cold calling, and references

 Identify and approach IT companies, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, startups, corporates, MSMEs,

and service-based organizations

 Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and online meeting platforms

 Explain AMPUG Solutions’ recruitment & staffing services, including: Technical Hiring and Non-

Technical Hiring

 Understand client requirements and discuss feasibility with Recruiter Manager and Recruiters

 Negotiate commercials, payment terms, and finalize standard commercial agreements

 Prepare and manage NDA, MSA, and onboarding documentation

 Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to recruitment teams

 Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and follow up for repeat requirements

 Track leads, closures, and client communication using CRM or internal trackers


Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

 Strong client handling and negotiation skills

 Good understanding of technical and non-technical hiring processes

 Ability to coordinate effectively with recruiters and managers

 Strong follow-up, documentation, and relationship management skills


Preferred Candidate Profile:

 Female candidates preferred

 Experience in recruitment consultancy / staffing firm is an added advantage
