Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and source new leads through outbound calling, digital campaigns, referrals, social media outreach, and networking.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns, webinars, and promotions to generate a steady pipeline of prospects.
Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information for effective follow-ups.
Insuring smooth flow
Inside Sales & Business Development:
Own the entire inside sales cycle, from initial contact to final enrollment, via phone, email, and digital channels.
Conduct structured counseling and product demos to communicate the value of our PG programs.
Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments through persuasive communication and consultative selling.
Track and report daily/weekly metrics, including calls made, leads contacted, demos/counseling sessions conducted, and enrollments achieved.
Build strong relationships with prospects to increase conversions, referrals, and repeat enrollments.
Marketing Collaboration:
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, campaign performance, and student preferences to optimize future activities.
Support marketing initiatives by sharing insights and suggestions for improving outreach and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Freshers as well as candidates with 6 months – 2 years of experience in business development, Edtech sales, inside sales, telecalling, or similar roles are welcome.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate and convert leads in a target-driven environment.
Comfortable with high call volumes, managing multiple leads, and working with CRM tools.
