Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing (Night Shift | USA Market)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing digital marketing agency. This role is specifically designed for candidates who are enthusiastic about sales, have a deep understanding of digital marketing services, and are comfortable working in night shifts to cater to our USA-based clients.
As part of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored digital marketing solutions such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web development.
Convert leads into long-term business relationships and revenue-generating US market clients.
Understand client needs, conduct requirement analysis, and recommend customized digital marketing solutions.
Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing packages in collaboration with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM tools.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitors in the US market to identify new growth opportunities.
Experience: 0 to 6 years in business development or sales (preferably in a digital marketing or IT services domain).
Shift: Willingness to work in night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST or similar timing).
Communication: Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in English.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads (PPC), social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
Skills: Self-motivated, confident, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Tools: Familiarity with SEM Rush, MS Office, LinkedIn, etc.
