We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive with an international BPO background to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong sales attitude. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential international customers to promote and sell company products/services.
Assign leads to existing Channel partners and execute it till closures.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to optimize sales scripts and conversion strategies.
Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively handle objections and close deals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and international sales regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 3 – 5 years of tele sales channel partner sales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Graduation / Graduation (MBA Marketing ) and above
Compensation :
Fixed salary + performance - based incentives. Additional benefits as per company policy.
