Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads.
Explain Matrimony.com’s services, packages, and benefits to customers.
Counsel members and help them in choosing the right plan.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Update CRM/system with call details and customer feedback.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate
Experience: 01–3 years in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers
can apply).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi , Marathi
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
