Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Explain program details, eligibility, fees, admission process, curriculum, and career opportunities.
Convert qualified leads into admissions while achieving assigned sales and admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrollment process.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide timely assistance throughout the admission process.
Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive student experience.
Stay updated with the company's programs, university offerings, and admission policies.
Prepare and share regular reports related to leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
