Legal Capital Law Firm is a full-service law firm providing legal services in civil, criminal, corporate, DRT, NCLT, family, and cyber law matters. The firm operates from its Begumpet office and serves clients across multiple legal practice areas.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, communicate with prospective clients, explain the firm's legal services, and schedule consultations for advocates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve lead conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain legal services offered by the firm.

• Handle inbound client inquiries professionally and courteously.

• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

• Schedule appointments and consultations for advocates.

• Maintain accurate call logs, client records, and follow-up schedules.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with advocates and internal teams for client onboarding.

• Update CRM and client databases regularly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).

• 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Voice Process.

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary & Benefits
