BPO Telesales

We are hiring a target-driven Telecaller to focus on the sales of Loans .This role involves high-volume outbound calling to acquire new customers and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective clients.

• Present and sell Personal and Business Loan products, clearly explaining features, rates, and eligibility.

• Effectively qualify leads and fix appointments for the sales team.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance protocols.

Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Tele-calling/Telesales, preferably in BFSI (Banking/Financial Services).

• Skills: Excellent verbal communication and strong persuasive skills.

• Education: Minimum 10+2 qualification.

• Attributes: Target-oriented, resilient, and professional phone etiquette.

• LOCATION :UPPAL ,Hyderabad
