Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company services, packages, and offers clearly to customers.
Generate leads and identify potential clients through telecalling.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Build a good relationship with customers through professional communication.
Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
Confident and polite telephone communication.
Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
