🗣 Job Role:
• Handling Outbound Calls.
• Resolve customer complaints via calls/emails.
• Handle social media & customer queries
• Follow-up on customer feedback reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer support
• Handle E-commerce related customer issues
💰 Salary:
🔹•Freshers:• ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 In-Hand + Incentives
🔹 Experienced: ₹21,000 to ₹25,000 In-Hand + Incentives
