BPO Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to promote and sell loan and credit card products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

• Explain the features and benefits of loan and credit card products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Follow up with interested customers until the application process is completed.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial industry regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills in English and local language(s).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

• Experience in banking, financial services, loans, or credit card sales is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
