Job Title: Telecaller – Loans Department

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to loans
Explain various loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, etc.)
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
Follow up with customers to close sales
Maintain customer database and update call records
Coordinate with the sales/backend team for loan processing
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of loan products and banking process (preferred)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Qualifications:
Minimum Intermediate / Any Graduate
Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
