Explain the company’s health insurance products and services in a simple and convincing manner.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the system.
Work with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Follow company policies and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
Requirements:
Language: Must be fluent in Tamil (basic English knowledge is an advantage).
Qualification:any degree.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with telesales/customer service experience are welcome.
Skills: Excellent communication, patience, listening ability, and a positive attitude.
