📌 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader to join our BPO Sales / Insurance process in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Team Leader (TL) in a BPO, Sales, Insurance, BFSI, or related voice-based process.

The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving business targets, monitoring team performance, coaching team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidates with strong leadership, communication, sales, and team management skills are encouraged to apply.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Manage and supervise a team of Sales / BPO Executives.

• Allocate daily tasks and monitor individual team performance.

• Conduct regular team huddles and performance discussions.

• Motivate team members to achieve their targets.

• Maintain discipline, productivity, and attendance within the team.

Sales & Target Achievement

• Drive the team towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, productivity, and revenue.

• Track individual and team KPIs and take corrective actions when required.

• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and conversion.

• Ensure consistent achievement of business targets.

Coaching & Performance Management

• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members.

• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.

• Conduct call monitoring and provide feedback on customer interactions.

• Support new employees during training and nesting periods.

• Recognize and motivate high-performing employees.

Customer & Process Management

• Ensure team members follow the required process and quality standards.

• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.

• Ensure proper handling of customer information and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process-related issues.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Track team productivity, sales, attendance, and other key metrics.

• Share performance updates with the management team.

• Analyze team performance and recommend improvement strategies.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Experience

• Must have prior experience in a BPO / Call Centre / Sales / Insurance / BFSI environment.

• Candidates currently working or previously worked as:

  • Team Leader – BPO

  • Team Leader – Sales

  • Team Leader – Insurance

• Strong experience in team handling and target-driven sales processes is preferred.
