Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes are executed effectively and efficiently to meet organizational goals and standards
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
Resolve conflicts and issues within the team.
Ensure that the team’s work meets quality standards and complies with company policies. Implement quality control processes and procedures as necessary.

Coach and support new and existing operations team

Excellent English communication skills (Spoken & Written)
Proven experience in operations as a Team Leader
Proficient user of MS Office
Must have knowledge about e-commerce platforms.
