Key Duties and Responsibilities :
 Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes are executed effectively and efficiently to meet organizational goals and standards
 Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
 Resolve conflicts and issues within the team.
 Ensure that the team’s work meets quality standards and complies with company policies.  Implement quality control processes and procedures as necessary.
 Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
 Coach and support new and existing operations team
 Report on team progress, achievements, and challenges to higher management. Requirement and Skills :
 Excellent English communication skills (Spoken & Written)
 Proven experience in operations as a Team Leader
 Proficient user of MS Office
 Must have knowledge about e-commerce platforms.
 Leadership and team management abilities
 Interpersonal and communication skills
 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
