· Lead and manage a telesales team of 5+ members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Drive outbound calling campaigns using dialer systems to generate leads and convert potential donors/customers.
· Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity.
· Implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and donor/customer satisfaction.
· Prepare and present reports on team performance, lead conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
· Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Tech, Product) to optimize outreach efforts.
