JOB ROLE: Senior Telesales Executive – GEM Team

About the Role:

As a Telesales Executive within the GEM (Give Every Month) team, your primary responsibility is to drive donor engagement by promoting ImpactGuru's monthly donation subscription program. You will be making outbound calls to potential donors, articulating the social impact of regular giving, and securing their ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound telesales calls using provided leads to pitch the GEM donation subscription.

Educate prospective donors on the benefits and social impact of recurring contributions.

Convert leads into monthly donors by closing on subscription commitments.

Maintain positive donor relations through regular follow-ups and support.

Address queries and concerns to ensure a smooth and trust-based donor experience.
