We are hiring for the position of Team Leader in our Call Centre division. We are looking for candidates with 2 to 8 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a minimum of 2 years of on-paper experience as a Team Leader. The ideal candidate must be a graduate and fluent in both Hindi and English. Prior exposure to outbound telecalling, telesales, and lead generation is essential, along with hands-on experience working on dialer systems. The role involves managing sales team targets and performance, maintaining accurate weekly performance records, and ensuring effective communication and timely feedback to team members. A strong ability to drive metrics, align with contractual obligations, and implement effective team management strategies is required. This is a full-time position with 6 working days (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM), and Sunday is fixed off. The salary offered is up to ₹40,000 per month. Candidates from a BPO background with verifiable experience are preferred.
