🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of telesales executives or admission counselors.

• Drive team performance to meet or exceed sales and enrollment targets.

• Monitor daily call activities and conversions; ensure productivity benchmarks are achieved.

• Provide regular training, coaching, and motivation to team members.

• Handle escalated calls and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Maintain daily reports and share performance feedback with management.

• Coordinate with support teams to ensure a smooth admission or training process.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

• Handle hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members.
  

🔹 Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Team handling and motivation capabilities.

• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.

• Knowledge of sales processes, preferably in education/training industry.

• Good command over English and Hindi.
  

🔹 Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or team handling and team leader on paper (aviation/training sector experience is a plus).
