Job Description

We are hiring in Policy Bazaar || Malad West

Role: Associate Sales Consultant - Marathi Speaking

Role & responsibilities

Work on interested leads provided by the company (no cold calling)

Call customers, understand their insurance requirements, and offer suitable solutions.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly

Maintain customer follow-ups and ensure end-to-end closure

Achieve daily/monthly sales and revenue targets Provide excellent customer experience during and after the sale

Maintain records and update CRM regularly

Preferred candidate profile:

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
