Assistant Manager TL – Insurance Sales

Core Duties:

• Lead daily team operations: set targets, assign tasks, monitor performance.

• Oversee telesales outreach, lead conversion, policy renewals, and customer inquiries.

• Manage escalations related to insurance policies, claims, or renewals; coordinate with underwriting, claims, and compliance teams.

• Maintain daily MIS metrics: premiums sold, conversion rates, escalations, customer inquiries, operational KPIs.

• Motivate team through feedback, performance reviews, and goal-setting.

• Prevent and resolve internal conflicts; define roles clearly.

• Communicate updates on targets, deadlines, policy changes, feedback, and escalations.

• Allocate resources efficiently across tasks and adjust workload dynamically.

• Serve as escalation point for complex insurance issues needing cross-functional coordination.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
