Job Description:

We are looking for experienced AR Callers in US Medical Billing to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied claims

• Analyze claim status and resolve payment issues

• Work on denials, underpayments, and reprocessing requests

• Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up records

• Ensure timely reimbursement for submitted claims

Eligibility / Experience:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in AR Calling (US Medical Billing)

• Candidates with more than 1 year experience are also welcome

• Good communication skills in English

• Knowledge of US insurance processes is mandatory

Salary:

• Minimum: ₹18,000 per month

• Salary will be maximized based on experience and performance

Training Details:

• 1 week training in Chennai

• Travel, food, and accommodation expenses will be borne by the company

• No stipend during the training period

Work Location:

• Post training, work location will be Coimbatore

Immediate joiners preferred.
