Admission Officer – Aakash Institute
Job Summary:
The Admission Officer is responsible for counseling prospective students and parents about courses offered by Aakash, guiding them through the admission process, and achieving enrollment targets. The role involves lead management, student engagement, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses (NEET, JEE, Foundation, etc.).
Explain fee structure, scholarship tests, and batch details.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth batch allocation.
Organize and support admission-related events and seminars.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales (education sector preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
