Telesales Admission Counsellor

Position: Admission Counsellor
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Gender: Female Only
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries for Digital Marketing & E-Commerce courses through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Understand students' career goals, requirements and course interests.

• Explain course structure, modules, duration, fees and career/business opportunities.

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students through phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Handle objections related to course fees, duration, career opportunities and course benefits.

• Schedule counselling sessions and demo classes for prospective students.

• Maintain accurate lead and admission records.

• Coordinate with the training and admission team for the complete admission process.

• Achieve monthly enquiry-to-admission conversion and admission targets.

• Provide a professional and positive counselling experience to students and working professionals.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor / Education Counsellor / Telecaller in any educational institute, training institute or coaching centre.

• Female candidates only.

• Candidates with prior knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce courses will be preferred.

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, online selling or related courses is an advantage.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable communicating with students and working professionals.

• Good follow-up and lead conversion skills.

• Ability to explain course benefits clearly and confidently.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and CRM is preferred.

• Target-oriented and able to work independently.

Preferred Candidate

We prefer candidates who have previously worked with a Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Computer Training, Skill Development or similar institute, and have some understanding of the courses being offered.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
