Job Description:
BIITS is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor cum TeleSales Executive to join our team. This is a target-based role, ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for education and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential students and parents via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide detailed information about BIITS courses, admission processes, and career opportunities.
Counsel students on selecting suitable programs based on their interests and career goals.
Convert leads into successful admissions by effectively handling queries and objections.
Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain records of student inquiries and follow-ups.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective students.
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass, graduates preferred.
Experience: 1+ year in telesales, admission counseling, or a related field is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
