Job Responsibilities

- Students और parents को courses, colleges, universities और admission process की जानकारी देना।

- Student की educational background और career interest के अनुसार suitable course options समझाना।

- Admission enquiries पर regular follow-up करना और prospective students को admission process में guide करना।

- Students के documents और application process को coordinate करना।

- Calling, counselling और lead follow-up के माध्यम से admissions को support करना।

- Daily leads, follow-ups और admission status की proper reporting maintain करना।

- College/university admission procedures और available courses की updated information रखना।

- Students की queries को professionally handle करना और उन्हें सही guidance देना।

- Team के साथ मिलकर admission targets और organizational goals पर काम करना।

Candidate Profile

- Education Industry / EdTech / College / University / Educational Consultancy में previous experience preferred.

- Admission Counselor, Education Counselor, Academic Counselor या similar role का experience होने पर preference दी जाएगी।

- अच्छे communication और counselling skills होने चाहिए।

- Hindi और English में communication की क्षमता हो।

- Telecalling, lead management और follow-up का knowledge होना चाहिए।

- Student और parent handling में professional approach होना चाहिए।

- Target-oriented और team player होना चाहिए।

Qualification

12th / Graduate / Postgraduate candidates can apply.

Education sector experience वाले candidates को preference दी जाएगी।
