Position Overview
EduDAG is looking for a passionate, experienced, and result-oriented Admissions Counselor (Subject Matter Expert) to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective students, understand their academic aspirations, recommend suitable colleges and programs, and guide them through the admission journey. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication, relationship-building, and conversion skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
● Counsel students on colleges, courses, career pathways, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
● Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through Google Meet or Zoom.
● Convert student inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling and timely follow-ups.
● Guide students through the complete admission and registration process.
● Attend to walk-in (in-house) students and resolve their queries professionally.
● Build and nurture relationships with prospective students through consistent follow-up and engagement.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, admissions, and student interactions using CRM tools or Google Sheets.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
● Achieve monthly admission conversion and enrollment targets while maintaining high standards of student satisfaction and service quality.
