Key Responsibilities: Guide Student Success: Provide personalized academic advising to students, assisting them in selecting programs and courses that align with their career goals and academic strengths.

Promote Academic Programs: Develop and deliver engaging workshops, presentations, and outreach initiatives to showcase program offerings to prospective and current students. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with faculty, admissions, and administrative teams to align academic offerings with student needs and institutional objectives.

Support Retention and Growth: Monitor student progress, identify challenges, and proactively provide resources and interventions to ensure successful outcomes.

Drive Program Development: Analyze student feedback and industry trends to recommend and implement enhancements to programs and advising practices.

Stay Informed: Maintain expertise in institutional policies, academic pathways, and market demands to provide students with accurate, up-to-date information.

Track and Report Outcomes: Maintain detailed records of advising activities and generate reports to measure program effectiveness and student satisfaction.
