Students ko career guidance dena aur unhe suitable courses ke baare mein explain karna.Incoming leads ko call, WhatsApp & follow-up karke admissions convert karna.Daily counseling sessions conduct karna (online/offline).Institute ki courses, fees, offers & placement details ko clearly communicate karna.Interested students ko demos, campus visit aur registrations ke liye motivate karna.CRM/Data sheets ko maintain karna aur daily reporting karna.Targets achieve karna (Admissions/Enrollments).Marketing team ke saath coordinate karna for campaigns & events.
