1. Student Guidance & Counselling
Guide students about courses, programs, and career options
Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses
Provide one-on-one counselling (in-person / phone / online)
2. Lead Handling & Conversion
Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins, website leads)
Follow up with prospective students regularly
Convert leads into confirmed admissions
3. Admission Process Support
Explain admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation
Assist students in filling application forms
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
4. Communication & Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with students and parents
Answer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Build trust to improve conversion rates
5. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain student database (CRM / Excel)
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Prepare daily / weekly reports
6. Marketing & Promotion Support
Participate in seminars, webinars, and education fairs
Promote courses through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
Support digital marketing campaigns
7. Target Achievement
Achieve monthly / quarterly admission targets
Work on strategies to improve conversion ratio
8. Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all student documents are verified and complete
Follow institutional policies and admission guidelines
