Job Description

· Counsel prospective students for admissions in multiple vocational education programs.

· Handle both inbound and outbound calls to guide and convert leads into enrollments.

· Provide accurate information regarding courses, career prospects, and admission

procedures.

· Engage with students and professionals to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs.

· Maintain and update records in the CRM / Excel sheet efficiently.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/sales targets through effective counselling

strategies.

· Prepare and submit regular reports on performance, conversions, and challenges to the

Team Leader.

· 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)

· Meet weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

· Contribute towards revenue generation by working on the sales targets, by selling/up-selling/cross-selling the company's exclusive range of educational courses to the existing and prospective students and parents through personal counselling, telephone calls and emails and other means of communication

· Selling/up-selling/cross-selling the company's exclusive range of education courses to existing & prospective students.

· Responsible for converting new/ qualified leads into successful admissions, in turn achieving the assigned sales target.

· Update student information in the system for lead management and follow ups.

· Attend regular training sessions on Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).

· Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.

Eligibility Criteria

Must have bachelors degree.in any discipline
Preferred Post Graduate degree/MBA/PGDM/MCA/B Tech/ Masters in Psychology, Education etc./Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related fields.
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language (preferred based on state/city)

Experience

· Previous experience in counselling in education or careers counselling.

· Previous experience of Business to Customer (B2C) sales across industries.
