Role Overview:

We’re looking for passionate Program Online Course Counsellors to guide professionals and students in choosing the right UG/PG online degree programs—such as BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, and international degrees—based on their career goals, interests, and eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound & Outbound Counseling: Connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, or video calls to understand their academic background, career goals, and program preferences.

• Program Recommendation: Suggest best-fit online degree programs from our 1500+ course portfolio (India & international) aligned to learner goals and eligibility.

• Admissions Guidance: Walk learners through eligibility, course structure, university partnerships, fee plans, EMI options, and admission timelines.

• Lead Follow-up & Conversion: Maintain timely follow-ups and convert interested leads into successful admissions using CRM.

• Daily CRM Updates: Log every call, interaction, and status update in the CRM platform.

• Target Achievement: Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets and maintain high learner satisfaction scores.

• Cross-Selling/Up-Selling: Recommend relevant certification or career support tools alongside degree programs when applicable.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (any stream); PG preferred • 1–4 years of experience in education counseling, EdTech sales, university admissions, or inside sales

• Strong knowledge of online degree programs (UGC/AICTE-approved or international preferred)

• Excellent communication skills – English + Hindi (Regional language is a plus)

• Consultative mindset with ability to match learner needs with program features

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and follow-up systems

• Empathetic, target-oriented, and solution-driven personality
