We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and working professionals through the admission process for international online education programs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
Explain courses, admission criteria, program benefits, fees, and payment options.
Recommend suitable online education programs based on students' needs.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions.
Assist students with applications, documentation, and enrolment.
Build and maintain relationships with students and education agents.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to sales growth.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Experience in admission counselling, educational sales, student recruitment, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and achieve targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
