Roles & Responsibilities
Talk to students and understand their education, career goals, and learning interests.
Guide students in choosing the right upskilling program based on their needs.
Explain course details, curriculum, fees, university partnerships, and career opportunities in a simple and clear way.
Follow up with interested students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Help students throughout the admission process and answer their questions.
Build good relationships with students by providing honest guidance and support.
Keep track of student interactions and update details in the CRM or tracking system.
Work closely with the marketing team by sharing student feedback and suggestions to improve the admission process.
Complete daily communication and follow-up activities to support admission goals.
Continuously learn about the programs and improve your communication and counseling skills.
Qualification:-
● Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
● Experience : 6 Months - 2 years can apply.
