We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, confident and customer-oriented individuals to join us as Parent & Teacher Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact parents who enquire about home tuition services and understand their requirements.

• Explain our services and help parents find suitable home tutors.

• Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into successful tutor placements.

• Contact teachers, explain our platform and onboard suitable tutors.

• Collect basic information regarding teachers' qualifications, subjects, experience and availability.

• Coordinate between parents and teachers to facilitate successful placements.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.

• Handle queries professionally and maintain positive relationships with parents and teachers.

• Achieve assigned performance targets and follow company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

• Confidence in telephone communication and follow-ups.

• Positive attitude, professional behaviour and willingness to learn.

• Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, admission counselling or education counselling will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹8,000–₹10,000, depending on skills and experience.
